Greetings, EE Just Middle School Family!

My name is Dr. Tracy M. Butler, and it is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I continue serving as the 7th-grade assistant principal at Ernest Everett Just Middle School. As I begin my 15th year in education, I bring a deep passion for teaching, learning, leadership, and, most importantly, supporting students. My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student can learn, grow, and achieve when provided with high expectations, meaningful relationships, engaging instruction, and the appropriate support. I believe education should develop the whole child by creating learning environments where students feel safe, valued, challenged, empowered, and confident in their ability to succeed.

As we begin School Year 2026-2027, I look forward to continuing to build authentic relationships with our students, families, and staff. Iam committed to advocating for students, supporting educators, and partnering with families and our community to ensure every student has the tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive academically, socially, and personally. I believe that when we work together as a village, communicate with purpose, and maintain a relentless focus on student success, we create the conditions for excellence. I am honored to continue this journey alongside the EEJ Middle School family and look forward to the relationships we will build, the milestones we will celebrate, the challenges we will overcome, and the successes we will achieve together.
