The Francis T. Evans Elementary School Anchored4Life program provides opportunities for scholars to enhance social skills, learn valuable leadership skills, improve self-esteem and learn to integrate into their community.
Mission
Our mission is to provide proven resources and strategies to children so they can become resilient, confident, and resourceful, to create a better world for themselves and others.
Purpose
To design educational products that change youth lives by helping them become happier, healthier, and more confident.
Vision
A world where children feel heard, their feelings are validated, and they become confident self-advocates, regardless of their situation.
Students in grades 4 and 5 are recommended by their teachers to participate in the program. Student members will meet with staff to participate in activities and lessons to help them and others gain and maintain resiliency.
