Mrs.Tanya Parris-Andrews has been dedicated to the field of education since 1989, where she taught her first Kindergarten class on her native born island of St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.  Since then, she has taught all grade levels except second grade. She has served as a Literacy Coach, 6th Grade Administrator, Interim Teacher Trainer, and most currently- Assistant Principal of Largo High School.  Previous schools include Oakland Elementary, James Madison Middle, Oxon Hill Middle, and Friendly High School.  In her spare time, Mrs. Parris- Andrews enjoys serving others through cooking and entertaining. Her goal is to one day be the proud business owner of a catering company.
