Arrival and Dismissal

Our doors open at 7:15 a.m. Students will enter the building, report to their classrooms, and have the option to eat breakfast, which is served in the classroom.

Morning announcements begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by the start of instruction. We encourage families to have students arrive on time and ready for a great day of learning.

Families transporting students to school should use the lower parking lot for morning drop-off. For the safety of our students and families, please do not stop on Old Colony Drive to drop off your child. Our Marlton staff will be ready to greet and receive students as they arrive.

• Dismissal begins at 1:45 p.m. The first few weeks of school require a little extra patience as students, families, staff, and transportation teams settle into their routines. Our priority is always a safe and orderly dismissal.
• Bus Riders: Please make sure your child knows their bus number. We also recommend placing a card with the bus number inside your child's bookbag. During the first few weeks, buses may experience delays as drivers become familiar with their routes. Students should arrive at their bus stop at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Car Riders: Students will be escorted to the designated car rider area and released to vehicles as they reach the front of the line. Drivers should remain in their vehicles and follow the established car rider line. Please do not park and walk up to retrieve your child.
• Walkers: Students designated as walkers will be dismissed through the front entrance to walk to their designated destination.
• Daycare Riders: Students attending daycare will be dismissed when their designated daycare transportation arrives.
