Welcome to Overlook Full Spanish Immersion School! It is an honor to serve as principal of a vibrant and culturally rich learning community committed to academic excellence, bilingualism, biliteracy, and global citizenship.
Overlook serves students from Prekindergarten through Grade 5. Our Prekindergarten program follows the traditional early childhood model and is not part of the immersion program. Full Spanish immersion begins in Kindergarten and continues through Grade 5, providing students with meaningful opportunities to develop strong academic skills in both Spanish and English.
We are proudly recognized as a Four-Star School on the 2025 Maryland Report Card. This achievement reflects the dedication of our students, educators, families, and community. Our diverse team of educators represents a variety of Spanish-speaking countries, cultures, accents, and traditions, allowing our students to experience the richness and diversity of the Spanish-speaking world.
