About Principal Womack

Principal Womack began her career in Prince George’s County Public Schools in 1998 when she was recruited as a lower elementary Montessori teacher. After serving as a classroom teacher for many years, she also served in various leadership positions, including mentor teacher, reading specialist, and assistant principal.  

Principal Womack received a BS degree in Sociology from Radford University, a Montessori Credential from the Institute for Advanced Montessori Studies, and a MA degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She is seeking admission to Old Dominion University for Fall 2022 as a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership (Ph.D.).

Principal Womack is a transformational and compassionate leader and enjoys coaching, mentoring, and motivating future leaders. She joined the Robert Goddard family in 2009 as the assistant principal and became principal in 2016. Principal Womack is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and families.
