The purpose of the Environmental Club is to promote awareness of the importance of environmental stewardship. Among the club’s activities are maintaining the school garden, handling the school’s recycling program, and educating the school community of responsible environmental behaviors. In 2020 the Environmental Club led the effort to gain designation of Maryland Green School status. Environmental Club meets Tuesdays after school in Mr. Michailof’s room.
