Hispanic Heritage Month 2023 Saber es poder: Celebrating Latino Educators

Hispanic Heritage Month means recognizing and giving flowers to the many Latinos/Latinas who have contributed to society. It is important to celebrate it in PGCPS so our students learn about diversity and all the great things Latinx have accomplished. They will be able to see and learn about success and be inspired.

Join us for Hispanic Heritage Month as we celebrate Latino educators and staff who serve as role models, mentors and leaders for PGCPS students!
Learn about their heritage, cultures and perspectives as leaders in education — and why diversity is important in empowering students of all backgrounds to succeed.

Share Your Voice!

Are you an educator or staff member with ancestors from Spain, Mexico, the Latin American Caribbean or Central or South America? We’d love to share your experiences and perspectives for National Hispanic Heritage Month.
