      We at the Financial Empowerment Center at Prince George's Community College are committed to assist anyone looking for financial knowledge and support. The FEC@PGCC is located at PGCC in Largo, MD and is partnered with the United Way of the National Capital Area. Typically, we offer these free services: Personal and Business financial coaching; tax prep; housing and credit counseling; a number of financial workshops and events. We also provide online financial resources. We can be found at: www.pgcc.edu/go/fec.

      Dear Highland Park Elementary Parents,

      Good news! Highland Park was selected as a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) School.

      As a result of being selected to participate in this program, all students will eat free and households do not have to complete meal benefit applications for students enrolled in the school.

      Reminder:  No meal applications required for students attending Highland Park Elementary School.  All students will eat for free!

       · Parent Centers Available – Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Parents may call 240-696-3315 during these hours to receive live assistance starting August 31, 2020. 

      · Parent Distance Learning Hotline – Starting August 31, 2020, parents/guardians can call 240-696-6229 on Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for live assistance for technical/equipment issues and/or instructional guidance and support.
