We are proud to share the final outcomes of the PGCPS Class of 2026. This year, 8,522 brilliant young people crossed our graduation stages, with another 600+ working hard to join them by the end of the summer term.

Our graduates earned a historic $729,433,608 in scholarships for post-secondary education. This isn't just a win for our schools; it is a direct investment back into our community, saving local families millions in tuition costs.
Our scholars secured an astounding 22,200 college and university acceptances. More than 5,500 grads are heading directly to two- and four-year campuses this fall.
Excellence means moving faster. 3,785 students took advantage of our dual-enrollment programs, completing 10,336 dual-enrollment courses. 221 seniors graduated with their Associate Degree before they even received their high school diplomas.
Our students are deeply rooted in the world around them. 528 graduates earned the prestigious Maryland Seal of Biliteracy, and the entire class contributed a breathtaking 492,756 hours of community service.
Greatness is found in every pathway. This class sent 385 students into military service, 1,082 directly into the workforce, and 122 into registered apprenticeships—with 14 of those apprentices already graduating straight into full-time, high-paying jobs in their fields. Furthermore, our work-based learning students logged 17,237 hours in the community for high school credit.
