Comprehensive Maintenance Plans

The Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) details strategies to maximize efficiencies and correct deficiencies in each facility and minimize the need for replacement and major repairs. The CMP is an integral part of Building Services' Strategic Plan and staff is held accountable for the work carried out to improve the physical facilities of Prince George's County Public Schools.

Our Mission

The Building Services Department provides Custodial Services, Preventive Maintenance Services, Real Estate Services, and Maintenance Services to PGCPS students, schools, and administrative personnel in order to provide clean, healthy, and safe work environments.
