Virtual Orientation Session

Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Please log in 5 minutes early to ensure audio and video are working.
Remain logged in for the full session unless directed otherwise by the facilitator. 

*If you don't want to download the Zoom application, click on the join via browser link at the bottom of the Zoom homepage.

  1. Open the Zoom link in a web browser by clicking the Zoom link from calendar or email (or copying the link and pasting it into a browser)
  2. In the Open Zoom Meetings window, click 1) Cancel and then 2) start from your browser

Virtual Session Tips

  • Join using a laptop or desktop if possible
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Plan to be camera ready and on-screen visible

Q: Where can I find my pin# for Frontline Absence Management?
A: In the phone preferences within Frontline Absence Management. 

Q: I need to change my address in Frontline Absence Management.
A: Address changes can only be done via Oracle Self-Service.  The changes will be reflected in Frontline.
