Please read information about the registration process and required documentation below.

Registration Process

Registration takes place daily between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m

Only a parent or legal guardian can register a child. If registering as a legal guardian please bring documentation. Also please bring:

1. Proof of residency ( lease, deed, contract agreement, mortgage statement)
2. Current utility bills with name and address ( electric, gas, phone, cable)
3. Long version of the students birth certificate (must list parents names)
4. Current vaccination record, click here for current requirements
5. Last report card from previous school
6. Documentation addressing any special needs of the student ( IEP, 504)
7. Social Security card (not mandatory)
