Registration

Registration Information

Registration can be completed during normal office hours.

Registration Requirements

Only a parent or court appointed guardian can register a student. The following documents are required to register a child. You must have ALL documents in order to complete the registration packet.

  • Withdrawal packet from previous school
  • Original birth certificate
  • Current shot/immunizations record
  • Last report card
  • Proof of residence: lease, deed, signed settlement papers, property tax bill or current mortgage statement
  • Parent ID

(We also require 2 pieces of current mail with the parents name and address on it.) If your name is not on the lease or the deed, you must do a notarized shared housing form.
