Ms. Clomax’s philosophy is that -Education has evolved into a complex process over the last three decades.  The concern for school improvement continues to focus on educational change that promotes enhanced student outcomes.  In order for all students to maximize their academic, social and emotional growth, the affective and cognitive domains must be addressed.  All stakeholders in education must work together to achieve the maximum growth possible.

The key to success in education in our changing society lies within the flexibility of schools to remain fluid, equitable, and meet the holistic and social emotional educational needs of the student.  Our challenge is to inspire, nourish and mentor teachers so that they may have all the necessary resources, knowledge, motivation and will to pave the way for students to establish goals, find their unique purpose and achieve success, so that “No Child Will Ever Be Left Behind”.
