Weekend Activities After 2 p.m. on Saturday Are Cancelled

Due to the forecasted inclement weather, Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) has canceled all weekend activities and facility use after 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 24 and on Sunday, January 25.

The decision to close schools is always made with safety as our top priority. PGCPS is committed to timely communication, and will provide daily updates to staff and families by 5 p.m. throughout the weather event.

The school district is ready to implement emergency meal services if schools are closed for an extended time. Please stay tuned to email, text alerts, the PGCPS website, and our social media channels for the latest information.
