Our Mission
The Department of Capital Programs provides planning, fiscal management, and project oversight to deliver safe, optimally-sized, modern educational facilities that support transformative educational experiences for all PGCPS students and communities.
Our Purpose
The department manages the planning and implementation of all PGCPS renovation and construction projects.
Department Collaborations
The Department of Capital Programs' collaboration with several PGCPS departments is essential for planning and implementing projects that align with the district’s standards and meet community expectations.
Blueprint Schools Program

The Department of Capital Programs works with the Alternative Infrastructure Planning & Development Department on the Blueprint Schools Program. This program is a private, public partnership (P3) model designed to accelerate the delivery of modernized schools.
Purchasing and Supply Services
