Mental Health Awareness Month
May 2026
May is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the importance of supporting the emotional well-being of every child. At our school, we are committed to creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued. Mental health is an important part of a child’s overall success, and we encourage students, families, and staff to work together to promote kindness, connection, resilience, and healthy coping skills. We remind our school community that it is okay to ask for help, talk about feelings, and support one another. Together, we can help every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
