MAFI Transportation & Dismissal Information 🚌📋

To help us keep dismissal smooth and safe, please submit a Transportation and Dismissal form for each enrolled student, as well as for any temporary changes throughout the year.

Need to update your address during the school year? Complete a new Transportation Form and submit it to the Main Office.

Important Reminders:

• Kindergarten Safety: A parent or guardian must meet Kindergarten students at the PM bus stop, or they will be returned to the school.

• School Pick-Up: Anyone retrieving a student must present a valid ID and be listed on the Pick-Up Authorization Form.

• Bus Route Updates: Address or route changes take 7–14 days to process. Families are responsible for transportation during this transition window.
