  • On Wednesday, March 25, State Superintendent of Education Dr. Karen Salmon announced that all Maryland public schools will remain closed through Friday, April 24.
    Picking up meals, digital devices and instructional materials for distance learning is permitted under Gov. Hogan's stay-at-home order (Sect IIb(iv)).

    STEPS FOR DRIVERS

    Process Step 1 

    When a parent pulls up the school, the parent shows the child’s ID or report card, the student equipment agreement will be handed to them - they will be asked to fill out their child's name and sign the document.

     

    Process Step 2

    Parent places the signed agreement in a basket held by PGCPS staff.

     

    Process Step 3

    Staff distribute chromebook and power adapter to parent - place it in the trunk or hand it to them through their car window.

     

    STEPS FOR PARENTS THAT WALK UP

    Process Step 1 

    The parent shows the child’s ID or report card, the student equipment agreement will be placed on the table - they will be asked to fill out their child's name and sign the document.

     

    Process Step 2

    Parent places the signed agreement in a basket held by Staff.

     

    Process Step 3

    Staff place the chromebook and power adapter on the table for the parent to pick up.
