Please join us for our Back to School night on Thursday, September 10, 2026, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. You will get to meet the staff, your child's teachers and visit their classrooms. The presentations will be around expectations, goals and requirements for an outstanding education.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. This year, PGCPS’ strategic plan is “Forward by Design,” and the focus is on: Student Success, Staff & Leaders (Workforce Development), Expanding Access to Programs, Family and Community Partnerships, and Organizational Culture. To support these initiatives, Thomas Stone will continue to provide virtual and in-person after-school activities, parent workshops, and other resources for our parents and students, helping us remain a proudly diverse community of learners serving the neighborhoods of Mt. Rainier, Brentwood, North Brentwood, and Chillum.
