We are closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As a part of our phase back to work process, we want to ensure we are taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any current and future risks by reducing physical contact where possible. As a result, effective immediately we are requiring that all documentation be sent to the Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation Office by way of fax, email, and if necessary by mail.
Please avoid visiting the office for any reason unless you have been informed to do so by the Risk Manager or a Risk Management team member.
In addition, we have implemented an alternative method of communication to continue the personable connection by way of Google Meets. Google Meets is a video-chatting service designed primarily for business and office use, which allows us to chat over video and text. You may request this service by sending an email to email@example.com or follow-up directly with your Risk Management team member.
If you have any questions, you may call (301) 780-2186.
Thank you for adhering to the changes that will ensure the safety of our students, our community, and ourselves.
